  • Your choice of one song that is not on our repertoire list if your favourite is not listed
  • State-Of-The-Art Professional Sound (Indoors or Outdoors)
  • Up to two hours on-call time at your Ceremony (in addition to equipment set-up/pull-down and preparation times).
  • Keeping your guests professionally entertained for up to an hour until the Bride arrives
  • A processional song (Brides arrival song / Walking down the Aisle)
  • Religious song for Mass or service (if requested by the priest/celebrant)
  • Mid-ceremony song/s (signing of the register)
  • Recessional song/s – (Bride and Groom leave the ceremony)

  • Professionally coordinated music delivery/performance with your celebrant with no effort on your part.
  • Access to expert ceremony music advice for any queries you may have via our site, and by phone should you request it.

  • All ceremony booking times finish at 4pm.
  • Load out for musicians may extend to 4.30pm with prior arrangement with our staff
  • (This is to ensure that we can meet our commitments for reception bookings)
  • Bookings beyond these times require a reception booking fee, or package booking fee.
  • Travel costs are free for the first 20km from the GPO. There after is $1 per km / per musician.

  • Our unique wedding music planner to make the organisation of all your reception’s sequence of events easier for you, (and your ceremony too!)
  • A personal meeting with a Wedding Music SA representative prior to your special day to walk through all your musical requirements with you. (You may choose to do this by phone if you prefer)
  • World class, down-to-earth, professional musician/s that are there with the success of your wedding in mind
  • Music professionally coordinated and M.C.'d to Your (and your Bridal Party's) Grand Entrance
  • One song of your choice that is not on our song list for your Bridal Waltz (We will learn it especially for you)!
  • Master of Ceremonies (M.C.) duties either professionally provided by us, or if you choose, our professional assistance for an MC of your choice (perhaps a member of your family)
  • State-of-the-Art 2400 watt or 3600 watt sound system, with lights, professionally set up and mixed to the ambience of your chosen venue.
  • Up to 5 hours of on-call time at your Reception (in addition to equipment set-up/pull-down and preparation times)
  • Song choices from our list of songs carefully designed to appeal to all your guests, from the 5 year olds to the grandparents
  • Fabulous acoustic, electric, or electronic sounds in a variety of styles from jazz to pop and rock and dance
  • Your favourite song choices in breaks between band sets. It's almost like having a DJ thrown in at no extra cost!!
  • Our expert advice, whenever you may ask for it, 9am till 9pm 7 days a week, on all matters to do with sound and entertainment at your wedding from a team of the industry's most experienced live music professionals

  • All Reception bookings are for a minimum 5 hour callout
  • Reception times are usually from 5pm till 12 pm including Band Load In / Set up and Pull Down / Load Out
  • Times may be extended/changed with prior arrangement with our staff depending on circumstances - (This is to ensure that we can meet our commitments for ceremony bookings)
  • Bookings beyond these times may need to include a ceremony booking fee or a package booking fee
  •  Travel costs are free for the first 20km from the GPO. There after is $1 per km / per musician
  • Your song choices need to be deemed suitable for your chosen solo/duo/ensemble by the Musical Director
