The Adelaide Saxophone Ensemble is a refreshing and new alternative to string quartets and ensembles, giving the audience a combination of classical and jazz favourites in a fully acoustic setting. A number of the players also perform with Adelaide's Australian Army Band, and they are all dedicated, talented, and professional players.
The quartet is the brainchild of Alto player Liz Charlton, and has the ability to also include a rhytmn section, making them very a versatile choice for many occasions.

The Adelaide Saxophone Ensemble can perform just about anywhere, and require no power to produce their rich characteristic sound. Audiences can enjoy their favourite classical and jazz tunes in parks, on beaches, and indoors or outdoors at almost any size residence or building. For something tastefully different, the Adelaide Saxophone Ensemble is suitable for profile and private events, conferences, weddings, and corporate functions.
